Savannah and I ran away to a hotel for the night... girl stuff all around; the mall, hot tub, manicures, books and magazines, no boys around, and snacks, snacks, snacks.

We ended up returning Saturday for Sawyer's basketball game afterall... I had told her we could skip it, but after she had told me not once, not twice, but three times that morning that we didn't have to miss it if I really wanted to go watch, and since we had opened the mall in the morning and were pretty much done with our girls' day at that point anyway... we met the boys at the church for the game.
And I ended up with a pretty killer headache that afternoon, so it was probably good we came home early.

Menu consisted of:
"hot dogs (sorry, no buns), french fries, peas and grapes
root beer, water or milk to drink
cookies, cheesecake or ice cream for dessert"
Our chefs:
And here we are, Monday already... presidents' day and the kids are home from school. Doing nothing but playing video games so far. ;)
Not sure what will be on tap today once we actually get moving... the sun's out and it's supposed to be nice, so maybe we'll get outside and do something. Although these pj's are pretty comfy...
