dreaming again

I've had a ton of intense scary dreams lately... one after another for two nights now.

Friday night I had one of those really long, seems like you're dreaming the whole entire night, dreams about being hit by a tornado. Four times. And I was with John Cusack. hehe. Yeah, that wasn't the scary part... he was quite the hero. :)
But we were at this hotel conference thing and suddenly the tornado siren was going off and someone looked out the window and actually saw a funnel cloud and we had no where to go; there was no basement in this hotel and I couldn't find Ryan and I ended up under a folding table crouched next to John Cusack. We luckily didn't get directly hit by the tornado, but the radio said there were a few more systems headed our way for the afternoon, already one other tornado spotted just NE of us. Everyone was scrambling around, figuring out where to go... we were kind of out in the middle of nowhere. I can't remember now where/what we did when the second storm came by, but then John and I ended up leaving the hotel. On foot, because after the second whollop part of the roof came off the building and most of the cars were tossed in the parking lot. We waited out the third storm in a ditch. Then we came across a site of new construction houses... most were only half completed, but a couple were finished and so we broke into one just as we spotted the next tornado coming right at us. It was a strange house, lots of twists and turns, and we finally found our way down to the basement and huddled in the corner with a matress over us. That time we felt the house moving and heard horrible screeching and crashing above us. That's when I woke up.

Last night I dreamt of a housefire, someone chasing my family through an airport, a car accident and then a house across the pond from us blowing up because of a gas explosion.

Needless to say, I woke this morning with a headache and feeling completely stressed out. Not my idea of restful nights' sleep!

My question, what(how much) did you eat before bed? HEHE Maybe it's what you watched before you fell asleep.Dreams like that are hard to shake. You wake up exhausted.Believe me I know that feeling, having tossed and turned most of the night.Hope the headache passes quickly.Remember, Sundays are good napping days.XOXOXOXOXOX

Maybe you should knock off the ice cream before bed.
