read any really good parenting books lately... nope... although I started Siblings Without Rivalry and Raising the Spirited Child but never finished them. Sippy Cups are Not For Chardonnay is a funny one... although not an informational book.

Okay the pedi-egg thingy is nasty. I went to go use mine the other day and it was all moldy and nasty. YUCK.
I read the 5 love languages for children too, and liked it. Also, I"ve heard a wonderful speaker talk about HOw to Really Love your Child, haven't read it myself yet though.
Went from a 2 car family to a 1 car family in Chicago. It worked there since we could walk to things easily. WE had one car when we first moved to WA, and it was difficult cause everything is so much farther in the suburbs than in the city.
