Instead of 7 weird or odd or strangely unique things about me as it seems I've done too often in the past, this time I'm sticking with rather boring plain old hard core facts.
Fact #1: My feet grew about a half size with each of my two pregnancies. I used to wear a 6/6.5 now I wear a solid 7, sometimes 7.5 depending on the shoe. Did I mention I used to be a shoe monger? I owned 50 pairs of shoes when I got married. I believe I had to get rid of every one of those post pregnancy. *wiping away a single tear*
Fact #2: I'm allergic to cats. And two of them currently live in my house. It's not a bad allergy, really... I just have to be careful not to pet them and then touch my eyes or my face. It makes my eyes dry and itchy. But I've pretty much always had a cat throughout most of my 32 years of life. And the funny thing is, I don't even really like cats all that much. I just like the idea of a pet and they are about the easiest lowest maintenence independent kind of pet there is. And they can be cute.
Fact #3: I'm also allergic to clam chowder. My husband doesn't believe me. But I've eaten clam chowder twice in my life and both times threw up violently just hours afterwards. Coincidence? I don't think so. And I don't think I ever care to check the validity of that coincidence ever again.
Fact #4: We moved five different times in the first five years we were married. Our sixth wedding anniversary is coming up... and for once we have no move on the horizon. I wouldn't mind not moving for another five years.
Fact #5: I've been ticketed three times in my life: Once for having expired tags (after my credit union lost the title to my car making it a huge drawn out headache of an ordeal when it was time to renew my registration, resulting in said ticket), once for running a yellow/red light on photo radar, and once for not wearing my seatbelt when I was 9 months pregnant and driving from my mom's house to my house 1.9 miles away.
Fact #6: I have never been in a car accident.
Fact #7: I have only visited the following 21 states: California, Nevada, Utah, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee and New York. And only one other country; Canada (B.C.).
And in tagging 7 others I want to hear 7 facts about, let's keep it simple (or confusing, depending on which way you look at it) -- two Kims, three different Jessicas and two Nicoles. :)

Fact #7 Get reaady to add INDIANA BABY!!! WOO-HOO!!!
Fact No. 1: I love secretarial work. I sometimes think I was born to be a secretary. I love to answer phones, file and type. I had a roommate in college that used to tease me about the filing every receipt I got my hands on. Ridiculous, but true.
Fact No. 2: I like to have one day a week where I don't have to shower or comb my hair. I won't get dressed either, if I don't have to.
Fact No. 3: I like to wet my ice down before I pour a Pepsi over it. This strange trick was taught to me by a friend's long-since-gone girlfriend. I'll remember her forever for that. Try it. The pop doesn't fizz up and then go flat(ter) while you drink it.
Fact No. 4: I don't like making phone calls. I don't mind receiving them, but for some reason I'll put off forever (sometimes rudely so) making calls forever.
Fact No. 5: I live in Minnesota and really don't like the cold weather. I loved the weather in Idaho when we lived there. We were deep in a valley where we were just 500 feet above sea level. The snow would fly on the mountain ridge above us, but it would just be sprinkling on us. The summers were hot and dry and we didn't have bugs. Boy, do I miss that.
Fact No. 6: I've never been outside the United States. I really would love to see Ireland, Greece, Israel, and lots of other places too. I hope it happens someday.
Fact No. 7: I don't like to kill bugs. It isn't that I love bugs or feel they have a right to live. I just don't like the crunch and squish. Sometimes I pretend like I don't see them. (I am trying to trick my own psyche--not real successful.)
i'm with you on #1, #2, and #6.
