dear missouri weather:
While we appreciate the 73 degree weather and the chance to run around outside in t-shirts and shorts in January, if it later costs us (me) a whole night's sleep due to a twelve hour tornado watch, intermixed with much wind, rain, hail, lightning and house-shaking thunder all night, tornados spotted in all counties surrounding us, not to mention costing other Missourians their lives, I'll just wait till spring for the warm sunshine thankyouverymuch.

I agree! Yesterday afternoon and night stunk! Hope you can get some rest today...
Whoa!!! I'll take the gray skies and rain any day or night rather than deal with stormy weather like that.I was awake at 2:30 am,couldn't sleep,sounds like you guys were awake too. Thank God you are all safe.XOXOXOX
haha-- I hope you guys didn't get any damage. Ya, the thunderstorms ok-- the tornado watch-- not so much!
