In the meantime, Sawyer and I are just hangin' low today, washing bedsheets, painting Halloween projects, planning meals, making grocery lists and just generally giving the place a good cleaning.
I like Mondays. I like it being just me and him; the house is quieter (although the loudest one in the house is still here, so it's not that quiet), we get some one on one time, we just play the whole morning by ear as the usual whirlwind of a weekend is over and we are free to just do what we want... so nice.
Plus I like this kid.
He makes me smile. :)
(Three years old?!?!!! Seriously? How on earth did we get there already?!?)
